"We were fully satisfied and happy with how things have gone. Once more Enoteca surpassed itself, due to an excellent organisation and a wonderful staff.
We, who have attended all dinners, have noticed that the clients were highly content as well. Also because of the possibility we are given to talk not only of work, but also about ourselves, our families, our passions, the things we care about. Joking, laughing, enjoying the company, far away from the stress of 'selling at all costs'. All producers being highly relaxed, in front of a good meal and a glass of wine that proudly shows the fruits of their hard work."
